Jobs from employers’ own career sites
HireSetu – Your Career Intelligence Platform
HireSetu lists openings published on employers’ own career sites, mostly for freshers and early-career engineers in India, with company and industry pages that show who is hiring for what.
How listings get here
Openings are found on company career pages and applicant tracking systems. Each one is checked by hand before it is published, and listings the employer has closed are taken down daily.
Each job page shows the employer’s own posting, a short note drafted with AI and checked by hand, and a link to apply on the employer’s site. HireSetu does not take applications.
Who it is for
Most of the roles listed here are meant for people in their final year of college or their first couple of years at work: graduate engineer trainees, apprentices, associate engineers, analysts. The fields lean technical, with software, VLSI, embedded, mechanical, electronics and data science alongside finance, accounting and operations.
HireSetu does not try to list everything. A posting gets onto the site because someone read it, decided it was a real opening at a real employer, and judged that a graduate could make use of it.
What the job page adds
Employer career sites are written for people who already know the company. A title like Associate Engineer II tells a fresher very little. So under each employer’s posting there is a short note on what the work involves in practice and what is worth checking before you apply. It is drafted with an AI model from the posting alone and read against it by the site’s owner, and every page says so.
The pay line is an estimate and is marked as one. Most Indian employers do not publish pay, and a figure that would not be believable for the experience asked is left out rather than shown.
Where to start
If you know your field, begin with the industry list further down. If you only know that you are a fresher, Fresher Jobs keeps to entry-level roles. If you are weighing employers against each other, the company pages show what each one is hiring for right now.
Reading beyond the listings
Two series sit next to the jobs. Career Insights covers how hiring decisions get made: why a posting is reposted every few weeks, why salary is missing from so many of them, how a recruiter reads a job description. Ground Truth is for people choosing between fields. It describes what a VLSI engineer, an embedded developer or a mechanical designer does in a working week, built from job postings, engineering references and practitioners’ public accounts.
Who runs it
HireSetu is run by Prashanth Jakkula, an aeronautical engineering graduate from Hanamkonda, Telangana. He started it after seeing candidates move between job boards, WhatsApp forwards and company career pages without one dependable view of what was open. Browsing is free; signing in is only for saving jobs, alerts and the optional paid resume tools. More on the About page and in the editorial policy.
