Who gets a page

An employer appears here while it has at least four published openings on HireSetu. A profile needs a few roles before it can say anything the job list does not, so that is the cut-off. When an employer drops below four, its profile address redirects to the job list filtered to that company, and the openings stay reachable there.

What a profile contains

Each profile starts with two or three sentences on what the company does, then shows its current hiring pattern: how the open roles split across mechanical, software, embedded or other families. Further down are the skills that recur across its postings, an estimated pay range by level (marked as estimates), the split between early-career and senior roles, and the roles first seen in the last thirty days. The page ends with the current openings and a note on how it was put together.

Why the reading changes

The written reading on a profile is worked out from the openings that are live now, so it moves as listings are added and closed. An employer with a dozen graduate roles posted in one week reads differently from one with two analysts and a manager open. It describes what HireSetu has listed for that employer today, which is a sample of its hiring and not the whole of it.

Using the directory

Start by comparing employers inside one field: open two or three and set the hiring patterns and recurring skills side by side. A programme intake, with many similar graduate roles at once, looks different from scattered single openings, and that tells you if you are preparing for a batch process or for one team’s vacancy.

The directory sorts by open roles, recent activity or name. Each card also carries a hiring-velocity label, High, Medium or Low, based on how many roles the employer has added recently. It is a signal about posting pace, not about the size or quality of the employer. Large employers usually list roles in several cities, smaller ones in one or two, and if you are signed in you can follow a company.

An employer that is missing from the list is either below four openings today or not one HireSetu follows; the feedback page is where to suggest one. The Discover Jobs page groups the same openings by industry instead.
