HireSetu Terms & Conditions for Users

The service

HireSetu provides job discovery from employer career portals, company and industry research tools, editorial career content, and optional AI features such as AI Resume Optimizer. We are not the employer for listed roles and do not guarantee interviews, shortlists, or offers.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use HireSetu on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Your applications

You are solely responsible for applications submitted to employers. Unless explicitly stated, HireSetu does not apply on your behalf. Verify every detail on the employer site before applying.

Job information and third-party content

Listings originate from public employer sources and may change or close without notice. Salary, location, and requirements may be incomplete or estimated where labeled. See Editorial Policy and Disclaimer.

External links

Apply buttons open third-party employer or ATS pages governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

AI-generated content

AI outputs are assistive and may contain errors or outdated assumptions. You must review AI-generated resumes or suggestions before using them with employers.

Resume uploads and license

When you upload content, you grant HireSetu a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the features you request.

Prepaid credits and payments

Certain AI features require prepaid Resume Pro credits processed via Cashfree. See Pricing, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. There is currently no auto-renewing subscription.

Acceptable use

• No scraping or automated extraction without written permission
• No fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity
• No unauthorized access or interference with systems
• No abuse of AI quotas, feedback systems, or payment flows
• No posting malicious content through forms

Intellectual property

HireSetu branding, original editorial content, and product design are owned by Prashanth Jakkula or licensors. Job listing content remains the property of respective employers or sources.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireSetu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for hiring outcomes arising from third-party employers.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HireSetu against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to the service or terms

We may modify features or these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using HireSetu anytime and request account deletion via Contact.
