HireSetu Cancellation Policy for Credits

No auto-renewing subscription

Resume Pro credits are one-time prepaid packs. There is currently no recurring subscription to cancel. If you stop buying packs, you should not see new credit charges unless you start another checkout.

Free job discovery, company research, and Career Insights remain available without purchase. Cancellation language here is about paid AI credits and account closure — not about paywalling listings.

Unused credits

Unused credits remain on your account until consumed or until account deletion is completed. They do not expire while the service operates, unless stated on the pricing page at purchase time.

Unused credits are not a cash wallet and are not automatically refunded when you stop using HireSetu. Delivery failures are covered under the Refund Policy.

Stopping use

You may stop browsing or using tools at any time without notifying us. Stopping use is different from requesting deletion of auth-linked data.

Account closure and deletion

Request account deletion via Contact or contact@hiresetu.org. We verify identity before deleting authentication data and stored resumes. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law.

After deletion, you may continue using public pages without an account. Signed-in features would require a new signup if permitted.
