Editorial Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
How HireSetu discovers, selects, verifies, enriches, publishes, updates, and removes job listings and editorial content — including AI-assisted work where used.
Purpose
This policy explains our editorial standards so candidates, reviewers, and partners understand what "verified" means on HireSetu and where human judgment applies.
Sources we use
Opportunities may be identified from official company career pages, public hiring announcements, recruiter posts on professional networks, and other legitimate public recruitment sources. We do not publish private or paywalled information obtained improperly.
Discovery is not publication
Technology-assisted discovery helps find candidates for review. The HireSetu operator manually selects opportunities before they appear publicly. Most discovered items never publish.
Review checklist
Before publication we review company identity, role title, location, experience band, application method, and source traceability where available. Listings missing critical apply information are held back.
Verification meaning
"Verified" on HireSetu means the listing ties to an identifiable public employer source and passes our quality checks — not that every requirement, salary figure, or deadline was confirmed by phone with the employer.
HireSetu-added context
We may add candidate-focused explanations — for example fresher-friendliness, apply flow notes, or skill summaries — clearly distinguishing employer text from HireSetu context.
AI assistance
AI tools may help analyze or organize selected material. AI does not autonomously publish listings. A human operator remains accountable for what goes live.
Career Insights and reports
Original articles under Career Insights are written for education about hiring mechanics. Hiring reports summarize published inventory snapshots and are labeled by period and scope.
Updates and removals
Listings refresh through monitoring and operator review. Stale, duplicate, or reported listings may be updated, marked, or removed. Submit corrections via Report a Job.
Conflicts and corrections
When employers notify us of errors, we prioritize corrections that protect candidates from misleading apply flows. Email contact@hiresetu.org for urgent editorial issues.
