How HireSetu Works

Overview

HireSetu combines technology-assisted monitoring of public employer career pages with human editorial judgment. The goal is verified discovery with candidate-useful context — not an unfiltered scrape of the internet.

Step 1 — Discover

Systems monitor official company career portals and legitimate public recruitment sources for new or updated roles.

Step 2 — Select

The operator selects roles that meet quality thresholds: identifiable employer, meaningful title, workable apply path, and relevance to HireSetu audiences.

Step 3 — Review

Selected roles are checked for obvious duplication, broken apply links, and mismatched metadata before publication.

Step 4 — Enrich

Where helpful, HireSetu adds structured fields and plain-language context so candidates can compare roles faster. Employer text and HireSetu context are kept distinct.

Step 5 — Publish

Approved listings appear on HireSetu with links to official employer application pages. Hidden Jobs and specialty collections follow the same review principles.

Step 6 — Maintain

Monitoring continues after publication. Reports from users and staleness signals trigger re-review.

What we do not do

• We do not guarantee employers will respond to applications
• We do not submit applications for you unless a feature explicitly says so
• We do not charge employers for standard public career-page discovery
