How HireSetu works
HireSetu is not a fully automated job repost feed. Technology-assisted discovery surfaces opportunities from public sources; a HireSetu operator selects, reviews, and decides what is worth publishing.
Publication workflow: discovery → selection → review → source checking where possible → useful context → final review → publication.
- Discovery from official company career pages, employer hiring portals, and other legitimate public recruitment sources
- Manual selection — not every discovered posting becomes a HireSetu listing
- Review of title, location, qualifications, responsibilities, skills, and apply destination where available
- Practical source checking where possible before publication
- Useful candidate context when helpful — role explanations, resume keywords, interview notes, salary when disclosed
- Final operator review before a job page goes live
Employer-supplied titles, requirements, and apply links reflect the original source. HireSetu-created explanations, estimates, or summaries are editorial context—not automatic employer statements.
Job pages do not use one identical template for every role. Sections depend on what the source provides and what helps candidates understand that specific opening.

Verified employer sources, not repost spam
HireSetu publishes roles linked to public employer career portals and applicant tracking systems after manual review. Listings without workable apply paths or identifiable employer sources are not published.

What you can do on HireSetu
Start on Discover Jobs to browse openings by industry and employer. Each job page combines the employer-written description with HireSetu application guidance—skills to highlight, location context, and interview preparation notes derived from the posting.
Open a company page to see which titles, cities, and skill signals repeat across that employer's published inventory. Use the AI Resume Optimizer, AI Job Match, Career Insights articles, and Ground Truth domain explainers before applying on official employer sites.

Core job discovery stays free. Optional prepaid Resume Pro credits power AI Resume Optimizer drafts you must review before applying. Google AdSense may display on free pages to help fund access for candidates who never buy credits — ads do not decide which jobs are published.
HireSetu is not a fully automated repost machine. Technology helps discover public employer openings; a human operator selects and reviews what is published. Read Editorial Policy and Pricing for boundaries.
If a listing looks closed or suspicious, use Report a Job with the HireSetu URL and what you saw on the employer site. That protects other candidates from wasted applications.
How to use HireSetu in a careful job search
Start with a role and company you care about. Open the job page for employer requirements, then the company page for inventory patterns, then Career Insights if a hiring mechanic is unclear. Finally apply only on the employer destination linked from the listing.
Do not treat HireSetu metadata as a contract. Experience bands and locations can be incomplete. Confirm eligibility, work mode, and deadlines on the employer ATS before submitting documents.
