HireSetu's note
Leadership is the real filter
Three degrees are a hard gate: mechanical, industrial or production engineering. Nothing adjacent gets through on a technicality. So is the line about leading, supporting and developing teams in a production or manufacturing environment. Read that as more than coursework: an internship or apprenticeship where you supervised people, owned a line or ran a shift. Without something along those lines, this is a stretch for a fresh graduate, whatever the title says.
Lean and continuous improvement appear under desired characteristics, so they sit lower. Same for coaching and communication. The degree and the team-leadership line are the two things your CV has to answer in its top half. If you have shift supervision or a line-ownership project, say what it produced: output, defects, on-time numbers.
The week lives in documents
A large share of this job sits in paper and systems. Device History Records have to be accurate and finished on time, work instructions followed exactly, training records kept current, because this is a regulated plant making medical equipment. Quality and compliance training comes with deadlines attached.
The rest is the floor: watching output, quality, cost and on-time delivery, chasing down whatever slipped, and pushing improvement ideas through. EHS walks and audits are part of the rhythm. You are accountable for what other people do, and for proving it on paper afterwards.
Confirm the shift pattern and the level the role starts at, since a trainee title and team leader duties don't sit comfortably together on paper.
