Discover Jobs – Explore Opportunities by Industry

Roles on this page are grouped by industry. Pick a field to see which employers are hiring in it and what they call the work, then narrow down to a single search.

  • Start from a field, then look at the employers in it
  • Titles are grouped by the work, not only by name
  • Every listing links to the employer’s own application page

One kind of job, several titles

Entry-level work does not have a single name in India. The same first-year role might be advertised as Graduate Engineer Trainee at a manufacturer, Associate Engineer at a services company, Apprentice where a firm hires through the apprenticeship route, or Young Graduate Trainee at a semiconductor company. Analyst and Trainee are common in finance and operations.

Searching for one of those titles misses the rest, which is why this page starts from the field. Choose software, VLSI, mechanical or another industry and you see the titles employers use for that kind of work, and who is hiring.

What the labels on a listing mean

“Freshers eligible” appears when the employer’s own minimum experience is zero years. Where a posting names the graduating batch, such as 2027, that batch is shown instead. The experience range, for example 0–2 yrs, is the employer’s and is not adjusted.

Work mode (onsite, hybrid or remote) and employment type are taken from the posting. An apply-by date appears only when the employer states one. “Posted” is the day HireSetu first listed the job, which is not always the day the employer published it.

The pay figure

Most Indian employers leave pay out of a posting, so the figure on a listing is HireSetu’s estimate, shown as a band and marked as an estimate. It is worked out from the level of the role and its field. When a figure would not be believable for the experience asked, nothing is shown.

From listing to application

A job page opens with the employer’s own posting, formatted but not rewritten. Below it is a short HireSetu note on the role, then the Apply button, which goes to the employer’s application page. HireSetu does not take applications. When the employer takes a posting down, the listing is closed here as well; its page stays up with a notice and links to similar open roles.

Other ways in

The search box takes a title, a skill or a company name. All Jobs adds filters for location and experience and lists the newest first. Fresher Jobs, Internships and Walk-in drives are separate lists for people who already know which kind they want, and the company pages show what each employer is hiring for.
