Quick answer: Two specific bars here: a year of ArcGIS Pro, and at least six months on a CRM such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, Dynamics 365 or HubSpot. Both get used every week, so a GIS-only or CRM-only profile will spend the first months catching up on half the job.

HireSetu's note

Two systems, every week

The work splits cleanly. ArcGIS Pro handles areas of primary responsibility, partner boundaries and maps, with changes tested and pushed from desktop into DEV and PROD. SAP CRM and Salesforce hold the account attributes: industry, customer type, segment.

The CRM bar is a hard six months minimum on any one of Salesforce, SAP CRM, Dynamics 365 or HubSpot. If you have ArcGIS Pro time and no CRM exposure at all, the attribution side is the half to prepare for, and it's better to say so plainly than to bluff it.

Boundary edits move real accounts

Creating, merging and modifying an APR looks like drawing on a map. What it actually decides is which partner or sales office owns which accounts further down the chain, which is why the changes get reviewed in a Goal Setting system before they land in the system of record. New maps and maintenance of existing ones sit alongside that.

This is a queue of requests, not a single project. Regional counterparts are checking the same logic in their own patches, so your edits have to line up with theirs.

Hybrid Noida, some calls abroad

The office is in Noida and the mode is hybrid, so assume a few days on site each week and the rest remote. Working with counterparts in other regions brings a handful of early or late calls; how the team overlaps its hours is one detail to settle early.

Noida has no shortage of analyst roles. What sets this one apart is that the ArcGIS Pro skill gets measured, not just listed.

Revision that pays off

On the ArcGIS side, get comfortable with editing in a versioned geodatabase, handling topology errors, and projections. The desktop-to-DEV-and-PROD flow is named in the listing, so know how you'd handle it.

On the data side, Excel work on large sets is stated outright and Power BI runs the DQ dashboards, so pivot tables, lookups and basic Power BI visuals are enough to talk about comfortably. Anaplan or D&B SIC code familiarity belongs near the top of your CV if you have it.

How to apply

  1. Open Rockwell Automation's careers site with the Apply button.
  2. Create a Workday account for Rockwell Automation. Workday logins are separate for every company, so an account made for another employer won't work here.
  3. Upload your resume and check every auto-filled field; Workday often misreads dates and job titles.
  4. Answer the screening questions, submit, and look for the confirmation email from Workday.
