HireSetu's note

The queue is the job

Your day runs on RM CoE service requests, mostly vendor onboarding. You receive a request, check what the vendor has submitted against EY's policy, chase the engagement team for anything missing, and close it inside the agreed timeline. Trackers and databases have to stay current, because the next person works off them.

Validation is the only skill tag on this listing, and it means exactly this: confirming that names, documents and third-party details are complete before a vendor gets onboarded. Ask how many requests one associate carries at a time, since that number decides how the day feels.

Proof of process on the resume

Six degree types are accepted, from B.Com and BBA to B.Tech Computer Science and MBA, so the qualification alone won't separate you from the pile. What will: any stint where you verified documents, ran approvals, maintained a tracker or worked to a checklist. A two-month internship or handling vendor payments for a college society counts.

Put that above coursework. Name the tools you used to keep records, Excel especially, and be ready to describe one case where you caught an error in someone's paperwork and what you did next.

Where the two years lead

This sits in EY's enablement side, so you support internal teams instead of serving clients directly. Two years of it builds a base for third-party risk, internal controls, compliance operations or audit support, and internal moves are a normal route.

Ask which processes the CoE owns beyond vendor onboarding, and whether associates rotate across them. The listing names engagement handling and third-party approvals, so there is more than one track to pick up.
