HireSetu's note
The writing carries this role
The title says change management, but look at what you actually produce: emails, newsletters, intranet pages, posters, presentations, videos, infographics, training material. Writing plainly for different audiences is the core skill and the first thing to prove.
The degree list is wide, spanning communications, business, psychology, HR and organisational development, and 0-2 years with student projects and internships is spelled out as acceptable. This is a genuine fresher seat, not a listing pretending to be one.
If you have German, Dutch or another European language, put it near the top of your CV. Change work at a company like Unisys crosses regions, and that line matters more than most of what sits below it.
ServiceNow is only for the numbers
The same job title exists in IT support, where it means change requests, CABs and release windows. That is a different job. Here ServiceNow and Power BI appear as places to pull adoption figures and stakeholder feedback into a dashboard, which is the analytical slice of the work.
The day-to-day sits closer to internal communications and training. Readiness checks, resistance management plans, stakeholder analyses: these are documents you draft, then act on with OCM managers and leads across several projects at once.
Groundwork worth an evening
ADKAR, Prosci and CMBoK are named with a basic-understanding bar, so know the five ADKAR stages and what each one fails without. It is a short read and it gives you the vocabulary the team uses.
Bring one writing sample: a two-page newsletter or a six-slide deck beats a certificate. PowerPoint gets used daily, and any Canva, infographic or short-video work belongs on your CV. On AI tools, have a view on where you would draft with one and where you would not, since the listing invites that conversation.

How to apply
- Open Unisys's careers site with the Apply button.
- Create a Workday account for Unisys. Workday logins are separate for every company, so an account made for another employer won't work here.
- Upload your resume and check every auto-filled field; Workday often misreads dates and job titles.
- Answer the screening questions, submit, and look for the confirmation email from Workday.
