Two filters you cannot get around

The degree is named precisely: B.E in Electronics and Communication, EEE or Electronics. Other branches will have a hard time here. The second is the night shift, stated plainly in the requirements.

Everything else on the list is soft: MS Office, Outlook, communication, analytical reasoning, "good attitude". The 0 to 2 years is qualified with "preferably in EMS industry", which means manufacturing exposure helps but a fresher with the right degree is squarely in the running.

Lead with BOMs and any paperwork you have owned

The skills field lists BOM and almost nothing else, so any exposure to bills of materials, part drawings or revision tracking belongs at the top of your CV. If you interned on a production line or in a documentation or QA cell, spell out the documents you handled: which ones, how many parts, what you changed and who used the output.

Excel is the daily tool alongside Outlook. A line about a tracker you built or maintained counts for more here than a stack of programming languages.

The week is chasing changes across four teams

A change starts somewhere in engineering, and this role pushes it through: entering the ECO into the system, checking the affected BOM and drawings, recording cost impact and effective date, updating the customer, and confirming each function has finished its part. You sit between program management, engineering, manufacturing and materials.

A good share of the job is follow-up and accuracy. A wrong revision number reaches the floor and becomes someone's build problem. Ask about the product lines you would cover and how many changes a junior engineer handles in a week.

A plant-side fit for electronics graduates

This suits a fresh ECE, EEE or Electronics graduate who wants manufacturing-side work, or someone with a year in EMS production or document control. It rewards people who like order, logs and cross-checking. There is no circuit design in it, so if you are set on a design track, keep looking.

The night shift is the real question to settle for yourself, including how you would get to and from the Pune site at that hour.
