Job Description: A work from office opportunity where the candidate would be handling international calls (Inbound & outbound) gathering and provide necessary information and documents.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills. As they would be processing sensitive information, it is imperative that they are focused, have attention to detail and patient to be on spend time in long calls.
An ideal candidate would be good at multi-tasking, has good logical ability and work under pressure & time constraints.
Essential Duties and responsibilities: Process transactions within the shift, take the ownership of the work and work independently with minimum supervision.
Eligibility Criteria:- Graduate / Undergraduate with 1 Year of minimum International Voice experience preferably with the last organization.

The shift is calls and queue work
Most of the week is spent on the phone, inbound and outbound, and a fair share of it is getting information and documents out of people who are not in a hurry to hand them over. That is the part that wears people down: long calls, repetition, typing while you listen. Sensitive details pass through your hands all day, so a wrong name, address or document number is the kind of slip that gets pulled up later. The rest is queue work, logging transactions and updating records so the next person has the full picture. Call volume and average call length decide whether a shift feels fine or frantic, and how many calls one person clears in a shift is the number to get from them before you say yes.
One year of voice experience decides this
The bar is narrow. One year minimum of international voice, preferably at your most recent employer. Domestic voice, chat and email support do not cover it on their own, and a longer stretch in a general BPO job will not make up the difference.

Below that, the numbers from that job: calls taken, documents collected, transactions closed per shift, quality scores if you have them.
