Shift flexibility is the filter
The qualification line is genuinely open: graduates in any discipline, with Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or Banking and Finance preferred. A BCom or BBA helps at the margin. What narrows the pool is the last requirement on the page, flexibility across different shifts in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision. Card and payments operations run on rosters, and the cab facility and free meals are there because of it. Ask how the rotation works and how far ahead it gets published before you accept.
Show the trackers you kept
Excel, PowerPoint and Word appear, along with reports, dashboards and status updates. Most applicants write MS Office and stop. Put one concrete item on page one instead: a tracker you maintained, a dashboard you built, a weekly report you owned. Numbers and recurring deadlines say more than a list of functions.
After that, any work where you followed a written procedure counts, especially reconciliation, KYC or customer queries. A banking operations or shared services internship lands better here than a general marketing stint.
The work is administrative and control-heavy. Expect to be checking, updating, chasing and reporting, with process improvement coming from gaps you notice in your own tasks. If you picture strategy decks and big projects from day one, adjust that picture.
