HireSetu's note

Owning the CRM

Most sales support listings want someone who can update Salesforce. This one says own and administer it: the standard for data entry, the reporting, and the pipeline tracking that feeds monthly and quarterly forecasts. Forecast accuracy is named as its own responsibility.

If your experience so far is keeping someone else's records tidy, describe it as ownership of a pipeline or a territory you reported on. Be specific about the size of that pipeline and who relied on your numbers.

Calls are part of the job

First-touch discovery calls against BANT: budget, authority, need, timeline. A lot of people move into sales ops from reporting or admin work and have never run one. If that's your route in, read up on how qualification calls are structured and sketch how you'd open a conversation with a mobile operator's technical or commercial lead.

TelCo context helps

The team sells into European mobile operators: messaging platforms, anti-fraud mandates, number verification standards. The listing treats interest here as a plus, so no one is checking your telecoms credentials. You will be tracking regulatory changes and competitors' pricing, and the vocabulary comes up in every briefing note you write. Anti-fraud rules around messaging and number verification are worth an evening.

The application itself

Lead your CV with the CRM: which system, what you administered, what reports you built. Then the pipeline you supported and the stakeholders you coordinated, since RFP and RFI responses pull technical and commercial teams in together. The competitive tracker work suits anyone who has kept pricing or market notes current.

The role is hybrid under Austrian employment terms, so ask how the office split works and which languages the team uses day to day. Other languages are a plus, and calls into European operators make that concrete. The experience line is open-ended, so let the scope of what you have run carry it.
