We're looking for a Project Analyst to coordinate and manage the delivery of interface implementation projects, both short-term and long-term. Working directly with clients and internal technical teams. You'll review contracts, build delivery plans, and keep projects moving from kickoff through go-live.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage delivery of short-term and long-term implementation projects, working directly with clients and internal technical teams.
- Review contracts to confirm project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Build and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies through to go-live.
- Track project and ticket status in Jira; maintain accurate account and project data in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Identify risks and issues early, and work with internal teams to resolve or escalate them.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout each project.
What You'll Need
- Experience coordinating or managing projects, ideally in a client-facing implementation role.
- Working knowledge of Jira and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or related experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to review contracts and translate scope into a clear delivery plan.

Scope comes out of the contract
The first task here is reading a signed contract and working out what it commits Veradigm to: which interfaces, which deliverables, which dates. The plan, the milestones and the dependencies all hang off that reading. Get it wrong at the start and the project is in dispute by go-live.

Your hold on the project is a clear plan and early escalation when a dependency slips. If you've coordinated work you had no authority over, that's the experience to lead with.
