The degree is the hard filter
Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, and fresh graduates may apply, so there's no experience bar to clear here. The skills section works as a menu: knowledge in any one programming language is the ask, so pick the one you can actually write and stop worrying about the rest of the list. C# reappears in the tools, and SQL shows up in both lists, which is a fair read on what the code sits on top of.
Put one project at the top of your CV where you built something with a database behind it, and say plainly which parts you wrote. A CGPA-only resume gives a screener nothing to hold on to.
SECS/GEM is the part college skips
SECS/GEM is how fab equipment talks to the systems running the plant. Few computer science courses touch it, and its presence in a list of general programming skills tells you this is software sitting next to machines. Read the basics of the protocol beforehand and you'll be able to talk about the actual work instead of guessing.
The AI line is unusually direct. Claude, Copilot and similar tools are named as a proficiency, so treat them as part of the daily toolkit and be able to describe how you check what they produce before it lands in code. Agile and source code management come up as well, so have a team project where you can explain the branching and review.
One detail: the application-policy note in the middle is addressed to Micron employees already on staff, who have to tell their manager before interviewing.
