HireSetu's note
Where the design decisions sit
One line sets the boundary: complex design or technical decisions go to the responsible engineer or technical lead. Your work is turning requirements, packaging constraints and standards into models and drawings that manufacturing and inspection can build from. You support concept work; you don't sign it off.
That explains the entry bar too. A high school diploma or a two-year associate degree in a STEM field is the stated requirement, with mechanical design or drafting experience preferred. What separates applicants here is a drawing set someone else can pick up and check.
The CV starts with Creo and Windchill
Name Creo explicitly, not CAD in general, and attach projects or years to it. Windchill should follow, with the parts you actually touched: revisions, released drawings, lifecycle states, engineering BOMs. One line about moving models through release and change states beats a vague claim of PLM exposure.
GD&T earns its own line with a concrete example: the feature you toleranced, the call you made, and whether a checker or machinist came back with questions. Same for change work. Give the count of CR/CN/CA requests you processed and say what you updated, models, drawings, or both.
The listing leans hard on self-checks before formal review: geometry, dimensions, interfaces, clearances. A short account of catching an interference or a wrong clearance in your own model before it went out says more about you than a software list.
