The bench work decides

Embedded systems and electronics comes first on the skills list, with ROS/ROS2 right behind it. That combination describes physical work: boards, sensors, motors, and a robot that has to move without falling over. Python and C/C++ are the languages around it.

Plenty of roles with this title end up being datasets and models on a screen. This one sits closer to the bench, so expect wiring, serial output, reflashing and the slow business of finding why a sensor returns junk. A CV of coursework and notebooks leaves the main question unanswered.

Freshers are welcome, projects do the talking

There is no years-of-experience bar to clear, which is rare for a title like this. The list of skills is long for one person, and nobody arrives holding all of it. Pick two areas and know them properly instead of name-dropping six.

For ROS2, that means nodes, topics, publishers and subscribers, and being able to walk through a project where a robot or a sensor rig worked outside simulation. Hobby builds count. Describe what the thing did, what broke, and what you changed.
