HireSetu's note
The bar is three months and C#
Three months of software work experience is the floor, which makes this a first job for someone who has already written code other people depended on. An internship on a live codebase, a short contract, a long-running open-source contribution with code review: that is the shape of the person this fits. C# is the language to have real hours in, since Python is qualified with an "if applicable".
The other defining detail is TDD. Tests come before the implementation, and the automated suites are part of what you maintain, not something handed to a separate QA group. Have one story ready about writing tests around awkward code and what they caught.
The rest of the list is runway
Treat the must-haves as the filter: REST APIs, OOP and SOLID, version control, CI/CD basics, automated testing. Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Kafka, GraphQL and the React or Angular side are framed as things you pick up quickly here, so a gap in them is not a reason to skip the application. The same goes for the AI coding tools the team uses daily.
If you want to close one gap before applying, pick Docker and get a small service running in a container with a passing test. One concrete thing beats a shallow pass over five.
Eastern Time from a Bangalore office
US Eastern Time is stated in the listing, and the role is onsite in Bangalore. A full ET workday lands around 6:30pm to 2:30am IST, though plenty of teams keep a partial overlap instead of matching the whole day. Ask what hours your team actually keeps, whether the shift rotates, and how much notice you get when it changes.
Then think honestly about the commute home at that hour, five days a week. That single question decides more about this job than any tool on the page.
