Managing inbound calls and web requests accurately and timely execution with highest standards of quality.
Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.
Complete reporting of activities handled on daily/weekly/monthly basis (as per requirements).

Flexible working in shifts (including night shifts) and split/rotational weekly offs.

The shift pattern decides your week
Office-only in Bengaluru, with night shifts, split and rotating weekly offs. Your week will rarely look like Monday to Friday, and the social cost of that is real. Month and quarter end bring extended hours on weekdays and weekends, so treat this as a job that eats some evenings at predictable points in the calendar.
Getting home after a night shift is the practical problem to solve first. Ask about transport and how shifts rotate once you have someone from the team on the phone.
