HireSetu's note

The degree and the clock

The gate is specific: a full-time MS, MTech or ME in mechanical, automobile, aerospace or applied mechanics. Applied mechanics counts, so it isn't a mechanical-only door. Then the experience ceiling: maximum two years in structural analysis of mechanical or electrical products, inside a multinational. That combination describes someone a year or two out of a master's, not an analyst with five years of Ansys mileage behind them.

Hadapsar, Pune, hybrid. Confirm which days you'd be in and which product line you'd be placed on, because a modelling centre serving global teams means your reviewers are often in another time zone.

Fault loads and fatigue

Eaton's electrical business runs on switchgear, breakers, busbars and enclosures, and the mechanics there is different from a car body or a turbine blade. A fault current throws a large transient load through conductors and housings. Years of vibration and thermal cycling do the rest. A simulation that stops at peak static stress misses most of what fails in service.

n-Code is the least familiar name on the tools list, a fatigue and durability package. S-N curves and damage accumulation are the groundwork, and the software is a short climb from there. Few people leaving a master's have touched it.

Your models get checked against measured test data, so the gap between simulation and reality is where the job lives. A project where the two disagreed is worth more in conversation than a tidy result.
