Quick answer: A hybrid mechanical design role on Eaton's medium voltage LIPE products, where the physics you'll be judged on is electrical: short circuit withstand, temperature rise, impulse withstand. The 0 to 3 year band is open, but exposure to medium voltage products is what the listing keeps circling back to.

HireSetu's note

The filter is the voltage domain

The degree has to be mechanical, and that's fixed. The 0 to 3 year band is genuinely open, and the listing calls 1+ years in medium voltage product development desired rather than required. Read that closely: this is a domain-heavy seat inside a live product line, and anyone with switchgear, connectors, bushings or MV enclosure work on their CV gets compared against you on that alone.

Inventor, Creo, 3D modelling, SAP and Enovia appear again and again, and they're the daily tools. At this experience level nobody expects all five, but a fresher whose only CAD is a college project has a gap to close in how they present themselves.

Revise the electrical side

The design work runs on short time current, electromagnetic forces, thermal and structural limits, checked against IEEE and IEC standards. As a mechanical engineer you need to know how a fault current becomes a force on a busbar or a conductor, and why temperature rise caps a design. An afternoon on insulation coordination and what impulse withstand actually protects against will take you further than another CAD tutorial.

Two things to pin down in conversation: which LIPE product line and which NPI stage you'd join, because pre-launch and pro-launch work move at different speeds, and how the hybrid week splits between Pune office days and hands-on proto builds and testing.
