HireSetu's note
The Figma work is journey maps
Expert-level Figma reads like a designer's requirement, and it isn't one here. The output is a customer journey flow: stages, swimlanes, variants, and the data points attached to each step. Same canvas, different craft. If your Figma portfolio is app screens and components, work out how you'd use it to hold one journey with a dozen variants and still keep it readable.
Blueworks Live is the harder half. It's IBM's process mapping product, and the listing asks for expert level, not a passing familiarity. Visio or Lucidchart habits transfer, but get your hands on the actual tool before you apply.
Hard gates and tie-breakers
The process mapping and modelling experience has to come from banking and financial services, consulting or a GCC. On paper any industry qualifies; in practice the terminology has to line up across Product, Fulfilment and Servicing teams, and someone who has heard those words used in anger gets moving faster.
Salesforce, Celonis and Power BI sit in the preferred list, so treat them as tie-breakers. What you can't fake is the sourcing: pulling detail out of SMEs and whatever documentation exists, then getting them to agree the map is right. How many journeys one analyst owns at once, and who signs off the final version, shapes the week more than the tooling does. The role is onsite, out of Noida or Gurugram.
