Quick answer: A remote trainee role across India where you direct AI coding agents across .NET, Next.js and marketing sites, then review what they produce. Hiring turns on projects you built with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Copilot, and on how clearly you write.

Job Description
This is a remote position.
Location: Remote across India; may transition to onsite in the future
Experience: Freshers and early-career candidates (0–1 year) are welcome. You should have built at least a few real projects using AI coding agents, whether personal, academic, freelance, or open source.
The role
You’ll learn to ship complete work across the Spektra portfolio (CloudLabs, CSP Control Center, SaaSify, CloudEvents, and spektrasystems.com) by directing AI coding agents. That work includes product features, APIs, integrations, marketing sites, landing pages, and internal AI tools.
You’ll learn to turn a requirement into an agent-ready spec, run the agents, check what they produce, and get the result into production. You won’t be writing most of the implementation code by hand. Instead, you’ll learn to direct the agents well and to take responsibility for what they produce. Senior engineers will review your work, mentor you, and give you progressively larger pieces to own.
What you’ll do
Break small requirements into clear, agent-ready specs with acceptance criteria and test cases. You’ll take on larger features as you grow.
Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot agents to implement work in one or more of these areas:
.NET / ASP.NET Core APIs, SQL Server, and Angular in the CloudLabs core
Next.js/React front ends, TypeScript APIs, and Python services in product modules
Astro/Next.js and Tailwind for marketing sites and landing pages
Review agent output before raising a pull request. Check that it works, handles edge cases, and doesn’t introduce obvious security problems. Then go through code review with senior engineers and learn from their feedback.
Get agents to write tests (unit, integration, and Playwright end-to-end) and learn to tell a test that proves something from one that just passes.
Build and update marketing pages while keeping each brand’s voice and design consistent. You’ll learn our design system and the basics of technical SEO along the way.
Help build small AI agents and automations that remove manual work across the business.
Note where agents repeatedly go wrong, and help improve AGENTS.md, skills, and templates so they do better next time.
Ship through CI/CD to QA and production on Azure, and help investigate and fix issues after release.
Write clear PR descriptions and short notes on what you built and why.
What you’ll learn
How to work in a real production codebase with AI agents as your main tool, including how to give them the right context, run them in parallel, and review their work critically.
Full-stack fundamentals in practice, across UIs, APIs, databases, testing, and deployment.
How to review code for correctness, security, and performance.
How a multi-brand B2B SaaS company builds, markets, and sells its products, including design systems, brand voice, and SEO.
Cloud deployment and production operations on Azure
Must have
A good grasp of programming fundamentals in at least one language, such as TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Python.
A basic understanding of how the web works, including HTTP, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, and relational databases and SQL.
Hands-on experience using at least one AI coding tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or similar) to build something real, even if it was a personal or college project.
Curiosity about why the agent’s code works, not just whether it runs.
Basic git, including commits, branches, and pull requests.
Clear written English. You’ll write specs, prompts, and PR descriptions every day.
Comfort with feedback. Most of your early work will be critiqued and reworked, and that’s how you’ll learn fastest.
Nice to have
Exposure to React/Next.js, Angular, or ASP.NET Core.
A project with tests, especially Playwright or another end-to-end testing tool.
Something you’ve deployed to the cloud (Azure, Vercel, AWS, or similar).
An eye for design, so you can tell when a page looks generic and know how to improve it.
Experience with LLM APIs, MCP servers, Claude Code skills, or other agent tooling.
Interest in cloud labs, e-learning, developer education, or B2B SaaS.
What we don’t care about
Your college, degree, or grades. Show us what you’ve built.
Prior job experience. Projects count.
Whether you can write everything without AI. We care that you can understand, judge, and improve what AI produces.

Two filters do most of the work
Eight positions, freshers, 0 to 1 year. The first filter is something real you built with an AI coding agent, whether personal, academic, freelance or open source. The second is written English. Specs, prompts and PR descriptions go out from you every day, and a fuzzy spec gets a fuzzy result from the agent, so this gets screened harder than it does in most fresher postings.
Git basics, HTTP, REST, SQL and relational databases sit in the must-have list as well. React/Next.js, Angular, ASP.NET Core, Playwright tests, a cloud deployment and any LLM API or MCP work are nice-to-haves: put them on the CV if you have them.
One line deserves a second read. They don't care about your college, degree, grades or prior jobs. Your projects carry the application.
Specs, agent runs, then judgement
A week here looks like this: take a small requirement, write a spec with acceptance criteria and test cases, run the agent, read the diff, check edge cases and security holes, raise a PR, then sit through review with a senior engineer. Agents write some of the tests, and part of the skill is spotting a test that passes without proving anything.
The spread is wide. CloudLabs core runs on .NET, SQL Server and Angular. Product modules are Next.js, TypeScript and Python services. Marketing pages use Astro and Tailwind with technical SEO. Internal automations sit alongside all of it. That is a lot of stack for a trainee, which means you'll spend your first months reading unfamiliar code more than producing it.
Work timings are listed as general shift and EMEA shift, so confirm which one you'd be on and whether the remote setup could turn onsite later.
