Two missions, both in Bengaluru
The graduate community stretches across Boston, Paris/Grenoble, Dubai, Bangalore and Shanghai, but your two missions both happen in Bengaluru, and the role is primarily on-site. Mission A sits in sustainability advisory, corporate strategy or the AI transformation office. Mission B sits in software and services, innovation and technology, industrial automation or commercial operations. You get one of each, in either order, so ask how assignments get matched once you reach that stage.
The day-to-day leans analytical on both sides: researching trends, structuring a messy problem, analysing data, then working out where AI or a software offer actually helps a customer. Expect writing and presenting alongside the analysis. The program closes with a role decided by your strengths, your preferences and what the business needs, which makes the 12 months a two-way assessment.
Who clears the eligibility bar
The filters are tight and mostly administrative: a bachelor's degree with graduation in 2024, 2025 or 2026, an engineering background in computer science, data analytics, data science or AI/ML, English fluency, and the legal right to work in India. The gap between applying and starting is long, so confirm you're free in March 2027 before you spend an evening on the form. Graduating in 2024 still qualifies you, so a year or two out of college won't rule you out.
Lead your CV with the AI exposure: machine learning coursework, a project where a model met a real dataset, an internship where analysis turned into a recommendation someone acted on. The listing says potential matters more than the exact degree and asks what drives you, so a personal project or nonprofit stint earns its space.
Have these fresh before any conversation: how you'd structure an ambiguous business problem, how you'd judge whether AI adds value to a process, and one example of simplifying something you've worked in. Read up on one energy transition topic properly, since curiosity about the sector is on their list.
