Someone else does the processing
WorldLink moves cheques in 30 currencies, cross-border ACH in 40 and funds transfers in 135. The team in this listing does not do that processing. It governs Hexaware, which runs the work from two sites in India.
Your day is checklists, Level 1 escalations, KPI and Statement of Work reviews, MIS reporting and audit preparation. You read a vendor's numbers, find what is slipping and get it fixed through people who do not report to you. That makes it a persuasion job as much as an operations one.
Freshers can apply, the degree is the filter
The experience line says 0 years and the qualifications say previous relevant experience is preferred. Both hold: a fresher with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience can apply, and an internship in banking operations or payments helps without being required.
The piece that is not optional is the regulatory one. Cross-border payments sit inside FX and AML rules, so know the broad shape of KYC and sanctions screening. The writing and analytical skills on the list get judged in how you set out a problem and what you propose.
The words that fill the job
COB here means continuity of business: the procedures and testing that keep payments moving when a system or a site goes down. It has nothing to do with COBOL.
KPI and SOW reviews mean holding a service dashboard against a contract and noticing where the two disagree. Requirements gathering for a new product or release is the other side of it, turning what sales or product wants into something operations can run. Audit prep pulls all of it together, since auditors want the checklist, the procedure document and the test result, dated.
Dublin hours from a Mumbai desk
The job is onsite in Mumbai and includes working with the Dublin management team to build one consistent model for WorldLink. Expect some calls that bend around Irish hours, and confirm what the daily overlap looks like, because it decides how your evenings go.
You will also handle complex queries from service, product, sales and external stakeholders, in writing and on calls. Short, clear escalation notes are the skill you will use most.
