HireSetu's note

Reading the minimum bar

Nothing on the minimum list asks for a degree or a set number of years. It asks for facilitation in a room and on video, Excel, and the temperament to hold several workstreams at once without dropping one. That opens the door to a first or second job, and you'll be up against people who have run a cohort before.

The degree sits under preferred, and the fields listed are wide: engineering, education, HR, business. GenAI and automation are preferred too, and that's the easiest one to show. If you built a tracker whose formulas killed a manual step, or a form that routed requests on its own, describe it plainly.

The operations layer beneath the programmes

Workforce Development suggests course design or an HR generalist post. What this reads as is the machinery under the training: planning cohorts, sending welcome notes, enrolling people in sessions, matching mentors and buddies, chasing completion, then pulling reports to see where new hires stall. Content gets built with subject matter experts and leaders. You maintain it, schedule it and support the sessions.

Fab bootcamp points to manufacturing and engineering audiences, so some technical vocabulary comes with the territory. The role is onsite in Hyderabad while the WFD team is global, which means calls outside India hours. Ask how the work splits across locations and who owns a cohort once it starts.

How to apply

  1. Open Micron's careers site with the Apply button.
  2. Create a Workday account for Micron. Workday logins are separate for every company, so an account made for another employer won't work here.
  3. Upload your resume and check every auto-filled field; Workday often misreads dates and job titles.
  4. Answer the screening questions, submit, and look for the confirmation email from Workday.
