The money-in side of finance
The skills list runs AR, cash application, collections, deductions. That is the receivables side, and it is where this job sits. The certification list underneath tells a different story: an Accounts Payable certification, CAMS, CFE, Power BI. Those read like a standard dropdown attached to every Genpact F&A posting, and an AP certification points at the opposite process. Nobody needs to tick that list to apply. If you already hold one of them, put it on the CV; otherwise don't enrol on a fraud examiner course for a billing desk.
RCM is on the skills list too, which is revenue cycle management, healthcare billing language. If you have worked denials and claims in a hospital or a US healthcare BPO, the deductions and collections overlap here is real.
The degree is the actual gate
Bachelors in accounting, commerce, economics or finance, or a masters in finance. That is the one line the posting treats as a hard requirement. Everything else is a preference or a tool you can learn on the job, and a commerce graduate with a clean academic record can put together a credible application.
Learn the life of an invoice: raised, sent, disputed, credited, re-raised, paid, reconciled. Credit notes and rebills are named in the responsibilities, so the mechanics of both should be something you can describe plainly, in your own words, without reaching for a textbook definition.
Rotating shifts in the Noida office
This is an office role on a rotating India shift, so your hours move around rather than settling into a fixed week. Ask what the rotation cycle looks like at the first call, since it decides whether the job works with your commute and your sleep.
A large part of the day is email: field teams writing in about invoices and corrections. That is a volume job as much as a finance one. If you have handled a shared inbox against turnaround targets before, that experience belongs near the top of your CV, above your coursework.
