HireSetu's note

Put SQL and Python at the top

The skills list is flat, so your CV has to set the order. SQL and Python first, then anything that proves you can pull, clean and join messy data on your own. A dashboard you built end to end in Tableau or Power BI sits well below that, since the listing calls visualisation an advantage rather than a bar.

Hive, PySpark and Google Cloud appear as working knowledge. If a course or internship gave you any of them, name the project, however small. Otherwise leave them off and let the SQL and statistics carry the page. The 0 to 18 months window means final-year students and recent graduates are both in scope, so put your degree, its subject and your graduation date somewhere a recruiter sees in five seconds.

Where the numbers end up

Look at the audience: the CEO, CFO, executive committee, enterprise forecasting, investor relations, marketing and the business unit finance teams. That tells you what the output looks like. Yearly and long-term forecasts for planning, scorecards, and short written reads that a finance person can act on.

Modelling and hypothesis testing are listed, but the centre of gravity is commercial: welcome offers, incentives, return on investment across international markets, LTV and profitability. Expect much of the week in SQL and a notebook, then in a deck or dashboard, then on a call explaining what changed and why. Someone set on training deep learning models will find less of that here.

The role is hybrid in Gurugram, so confirm the office days before you accept.
