What We're Looking For: The Software Design Assurance Team is responsible for ensuring our software products meet quality, reliability, and release-readiness standards throughout the development lifecycle. The design assurance team supports Zebra’s promise of quality to our customers and is responsible for participating in design reviews, sprint refinement, build/release operations, and post-mortems, and process gap analysis to conduct release readiness assessment. This position works with a minimum level of supervision. This position is hybrid based in Bengaluru, India. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform an analysis of SW Design Assurance for cloud-native SaaS Technology products and provide feedback for all the key Quality Metrics and deliverables executed by the functional teams, including: Responsible for SW Quality assessment of SWS & cloud solutions. Identify deviations from stated product goals, standards, and processes. Perform Software Quality Reviews, measure and monitor progress of programs under development. Lead and conduct Product Release readiness reviews ensuring release criteria for software & device solutions are met and communicate all quality issues, risks
