What We're Looking For: PMO for AI Efficiencies & Workflow Redesign We are establishing a newly created, high-impact role to lead our enterprise-wide AI Efficiencies and Workflow Redesign Program Management Office (PMO). This is a hands-on Senior Manager – Program Management position that sits at the intersection of business transformation, generative AI adoption, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will partner with leaders across Business Units (BUs) to identify, prioritize, design, and deliver AI-driven productivity and workflow transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for embedding GenAI tools and re-engineered workflows into the fabric of how our organization operates—translating AI potential into measurable business outcomes such as cost reduction, cycle-time compression, quality uplift, and revenue enablement. This is not a "PowerPoint PMO" role. We are looking for a builder—someone who can roll up their sleeves, prototype with GenAI tools, facilitate process redesign workshops, run agile delivery, and personally drive change alongside business and technology stakeholders.
