Develops overall system architecture and technical practices for modern, scalable applications. Ensures the integrity of the architecture/design and technical aptitude of the team, with a strong hands-on focus on full-stack development using Java and React, alongside modern databases like MongoDB and AlloyDB. Determines and develops the approach to solutions in alignment with the integration of Zebra technologies and advanced AI/ML capabilities into production-grade systems Technical Leadership & Hands-On Development: Actively participate in architecture design, code reviews, and hands-on development utilizing Java for backend services and React for frontend interfaces. Engineering Management: Directs and controls the activities of the team matched to market needs for software projects, including being responsible for the technical skill set at a macro level.
