About the Team The India SDR organization is the engine room of our regional growth. Partnering closely with Field Sales and Marketing, this team is responsible for breaking into new accounts and expanding our presence in established ones. In a market as vast and diverse as India—from the tech hubs of Bangalore to the financial heart of Mumbai—our SDRs are the face of Workday, setting the stage for a world-class enterprise sales experience. About the Role Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching Lead and mentor a team of SDRs to navigate the unique challenges of the Indian enterprise market.
