Configure software applications based on client requirements. Gather and validate configuration requirements from stakeholders. Execute configuration tasks within project timelines. Maintain and update application configurations. Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing. Support software patch releases and system upgrades. Maintain configuration archives and documentation. Troubleshoot configuration and application issues. Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports. Provide backend operational and reporting support. Ensure compliance with configuration standards. Deliver high-quality customer support and issue resolution.
