Job Title S2P Systems (Ivalua) Specialist Job Description Introduction Vanderlande is seeking a proactive S2P System Specialist to support our procurement excellence through stable and efficient Source-to-Pay (S2P) system operations. As part of the global Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a key role in supporting procurement teams, ensuring smooth system functionality, and enabling efficient procurement processes across regions. Our global procurement organization enables our projects and business functions by maximizing value and minimizing risks via the procurement of goods and services in the most smart, cost-effective and sustainable way. We ensure a resilient and competitive supplier ecosystem and aim to advance towards best-in-class practices, ensuring the organization is efficient, effective, and future-proof. What will you be doing?​ As an S2P System Specialist, you will play an important role in enabling efficient, reliable, and user-focused procurement operations across Vanderlande’s Source-to-Pay landscape. You will support the day-to-day performance of procurement platforms such as Ivalua, helping ensure that key processes including guided buying, catalog enablement, punchout setup, and supplier connectivity run smoothly and effectively. In this role, you will work closely with procurement teams, suppliers, and IT stakeholders to resolve issues, support system enhancements, and maintain high-quality platform operations. You will also contribute to process standardization, user support, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the overall procurement experience and support global business needs.
