You will thrive in this role if you are: A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role responsibilities Setting up of Azure/ AWS cloud or On-premises IT resources/ environments for Internal software development projects. Co-ordinate with internal project users to troubleshoot and provide expert level technical support to resolve issues related to Azure, AWS, Windows/ Linux servers. Provide system administration and technical support on Windows Server, Linux, Intune, Defender, Rapid7, MacOS, Jamf with advance skills on Windows Active Directory & Azure networking. Hands on with Windows server security hardening and patch management. Intermediate skills on LAN/WAN, WiFi, Internet troubleshooting. Co-ordinate with other local and global IT team members
