The Organisational Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst plays a key role in designing, leading, and delivering organisational change initiatives that enable leaders, teams, and organisations to successfully adopt changes across business processes, systems, technology, and operating models. Working as a trusted member of the Unisys Organisational Change Management (OCM) team, this role partners closely with OCM Managers, project leadership, and senior stakeholders to drive measurable adoption outcomes. The Senior OCM Analyst brings strong hands‑on experience, sound judgment, and methodological discipline to change delivery—owning workstreams end‑to‑end, coaching junior team members, and ensuring change activities are aligned to business outcomes, risk management, and benefits realisation.
