BE This Procurement Director is responsible for the architecture of the Asia and Global Ocean & Air Freight Procurement Logistics Strategy. This includes negotiation strategies, partnership engagement models, logistics cost modelling, fuel indexing strategies, bidding strategy development, contracting systems deployment, and cultivation of external logistics innovation. • He/she will also be the guardian for execution/ overall KPI delivery of this strategy/ annual plans; • Lead Asia Procurement team and Business partner Great Asia, North Asia, India and Indonesia CO VPs • Lead Global Ocean Procurement team, business partnering Global CO VP • Drive capability development into new areas: E-Com, Net Zero solutions, best commercial practices, automation road maps, etc; • Liaise with other senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure procurement strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall objectives; • Conduct joint business development plans with key suppliers and manage ongoing relationships; • Provide market level strategy support for warehouse and transport procurement; • Create multi-year, cost savings program funnel for market deployment; • Leverage market 3PL benchmarking to identify areas of commercial opportunity across markets; • Co-develop the logistics sustainability roadmap and deploy Electric vehicles in capable markets; • Identify and deploy key logistics innovations such as DFM, automation, & sustainable fuels; • Drive the agenda of automation, modernization or warehouses and all logistics operations under his/her responsibility • Support the business delivery and professional development of direct & indirect reports; • Active member of COTBS leadership team, sponsoring cross portfolio squads • Active member of PCLF (Procurement Change Leaders Forum), leading cross procurement squads • Active member of IPLT- India Procurement Leadership Team Travel: Flexibility to travel as per job requir
