This transformation will consist of expert fragrance teams with the skills to design and formulate winning fragrances. Job Purpose: Our mission as the Personal Care Fragrance Innovation team is to elevate consumers’ experiences by delivering delightful fragrances. As Fragrance Design Leader you will be managing Personal Care Fragrance Design projects for Unilever, with a focus on Asia, working as the interface between Perfumers, Category Teams, Brand Teams and Fragrance House partners, to deliver excellence in all aspects of perfumery. The successful candidate will report to the PC Fragrance Director based in the UK.
