About the Role: We are seeking two skilled and detail-oriented Technical Illustrators to join our growing Global Data Operations team in Pune. In this role, you will not be creating technical schematics from scratch. Instead, you will take ownership of a high-volume, high-priority digital asset pipeline—reviewing, validating, and correcting technical drawings and exploded-view parts diagrams. You will act as a core data quality anchor, ensuring the absolute accuracy, consistency, and integrity of technical images mapped to our global e-commerce systems by resolving complex graphical inconsistencies. Key Responsibilities: Image Modification & Data Handling: Review complex, high-variability technical documentation and exploded-view schematics. Determine the best visual formatting approach and execute clean pixel-level fixes, line corrections, and background patches. Quality Assurance & Control: Perform detailed quality checks on redrawn digital assets. Ensure strict adherence to corporate formatting, perspective structures, and data consistency rules before publication. Technical Troubleshooting: Proactively identify common graphical error patterns generated by automated pipelines (e.g., artifacting, missing lines, inverted transparency). Implement efficient editing workarounds to minimize rework. Process Optimization & Documentation: Support the continuous improvement of the drawing pipeline. Contribute to the creation of standardized work instructions, guidelines, and training materials based on hands-on project insights. Team Collaboration & Mentoring: Coordinate seamlessly with international data colleagues regarding project velocity and QA metrics. Act as a technical guide to junior team members by providing structured feedback and clarifying graphic guidelines.
