We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the Indian market. Job Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance sales culture. * Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and negotiate complex sales deals. * Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. * Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. * Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions. * Develop and manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively. * Represent Tvh India Private Ltd at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. * Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role within the industrial equipment, material handling, or similar B2B sector. * Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Thorough understanding of the Indian market dynamics and business practices. * Ability to travel frequently within India as required. * Fluent in English; proficiency in Tamil, Hindi and/or other regional Indian languages is a strong a
