Playing a critical role in all future and ongoing productions for the Warner Bros. Discovery Kids Network, with special emphasis on aiding execution of current local IPs. Must facilitate strong collaboration across teams, including Operations, Programming and Communication to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities also include managing relationships with production studios, working closely with writers to develop new story arcs, and evaluating potential partnerships to ensure timely production of shows. Note:- This role is a fixed term contract position for a duration of 1 year on WBD payroll itself. Kindly apply only if you are aligned with this. Job Responsibilities: 1) Content Development Ideate and develop compelling content targeting kids in India. Identify need gaps on the channels and shortlist relevant content themes to fill the need gaps. Contribute to development of series bible, characters, setup and target genre. 2) Execution of Current Projects Work closely with script writers to drive gripping narratives as per channel requirements.
