Key Responsibilities Programming & Content Strategy Plan and manage quarterly/monthly content calendars in line with channel priorities and key business objectives. Prepare and present programming updates, performance reviews and content plans to internal stakeholders. Work closely with the dubbing team to ensure the best possible viewer experience & quality Drive programming and scheduling strategies to improve channel engagement through premieres, weekly stunts, segment planning and break pattern planning. Ensure optimum use of library through curation Support acquisition and evaluation of third-party Kids titles Explore future growth opportunities for the Kids business by leveraging global + local WBD Kids IPs. Data Analysis, Insights & Reporting Use BARC data for weekly performance reviews and make programming changes where needed. Track competition and market trends across the Kids entertainment space to identify opportunities and gaps.
