The primary function of the department is to conduct objective, balanced, and thorough investigations into claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other serious policy violations in the workplace. The People Relations team operates with the highest level of integrity and business ethics leveraging insights to influence all levels of the organization. The team acts with warmth, empathy, compassion, and creativity to drive effectiveness through the investigative process. The Investigator role personally conducts employment investigations involving employees across all business units. People Relations (“PR”) is a People & Culture Center of Expertise (“CoE”) comprised of a global team of investigators. The primary function of the CoE is to conduct objective, balanced, and thorough investigations into claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other serious policy violations in the workplace.
