Role Overview: The Deal Management Analyst will support end-to-end Quoting and Order processing operations for all regions globally, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes and orders. The ideal candidate demonstrates superior customer service skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role demands exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly to process changes—especially while handling sensitive cybersecurity-related information and data About the role: Create, review, and deliver accurate customer quotes and process orders in a timely manner. Process quote corrections, revisions, and updates based on sales or customer requirements. Handle inbound and outbound communication with sales and other internal teams through calls, emails, and messaging platforms. Support backend sales operations, ensuring smooth workflow and process accuracy. Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders (Pricing ,Deal desk, CRM, CD, MDM, Order Ops, Licensing, IT, etc.) to resolve quote/order -related issues.
