This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities Team Leadership & Delivery Lead a team of software engineers (typically 5–10 members) Own sprint planning, backlog execution, and delivery commitments Ensure timely and quality delivery of features and enhancements Technical Oversight Guide architecture and design decisions Ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and performance Support resolution of technical challenges Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with product managers, architects, and business teams Translate business requirements into execution plans Communicate progress, risks, and delivery status People Management Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions Mentor and develop engineering talent Support hiring and onboarding activities Process & Quality Management Ensure Agile / SDLC practices are followed Track delivery metrics and improve team productivity Drive continuous improvement initiatives Required Knowledge And Experiences Scope & Positioning Mid-level management role (between senior engineer/lead and senior manager) Focuses more on execution and team management than organisational strategy Key Expectations Balance between hands-on technical guidance and people leadership Accountable for team outcomes, not just individual contribution Acts as a bridge between leadership and engineering teams Organisational Context Plays a role in delivering initiatives aligned with engineering execution models such as epics, stories,
