TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice Team Overview We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned strategy and operations analyst who will engage with global and cross-functional teams throughout TransUnion to drive execution of transition plans and special projects related to TU’s Global Capability Centers.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities What you’ll bring: Minimum 4-6 years proven of Business Process Mapping & Modeling. Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities Time Management - ability to manage workload to ensure deliverables are to time and quality Strong focus and attention to detail and the ability to gather additional process information in a structured manner ensuring stakeholder engagement with regard to the purpose of the information required. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Confluence, BusinessOptix, Lucid Charts. A ‘completer-finisher’ taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts. Strong process mapping skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
