The role involves developing efficient and reliable C++ applications, enhancing low-latency and high-throughput trading infrastructure, building risk management and performance tracking tools, and creating applications that manage post-trade workflows such as reconciliation systems. Engineers will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions supporting trading, market analysis, and operational workflows. Candidates should have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming in C++, Linux, and excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Python and shell scripting is an advantage. Financial domain experience is not required.
